Calgary Police Chief Rick Hanson says he is not giving up the fight for the day there will be distracted driving laws and believes Calgary is just behind on the times. University of Calgary students are getting over the shock of proposed tution hikes that would see law, medicine, engineering and business tuition costs skyrocket up to 47 percent, if approved by the Alberta government.
